"I think it’s time to ask yourself; what do you believe in?"

I think it's time to sit down and ask the hard question of why, "why do we play?" and answer it in a more profound way then "it's fun". That is what Octane has got to do, with members busy and some new faces coming into the fray we need to ask ourselves, why do we play? Whats the goals for Octane whats the point of the team; What do you believe in?

Next month we will be doing something we haven't done before as a team and that is a sit down in house meeting. No Discord, no Messenger, face to face, and find out some answers about what our direction is what our goals are, not where are we gonna play, not what are we gonna wear. What is our Identity, what is it that makes this team unique, makes it stand out from the crowd makes it appeal to not only our members and supporters but to the people we meet and greet on the field. We have had a rocky birth and a rocky season in 2018. Not only did we take a drink from the drama cup we poured a little more in, and I think its time to re-evaluate what grows our hobby and our spirits.

Although this post is quite short and quite self centered around the team, I ask anyone reading especially on a team. Ask the hard questions; why do you play, why do you play on a team, and what and where is your identity.
